Request deletion of your IQFLOW Cloud account or personal data
Email support@iqflow.io with the subject “IQFLOW Cloud deletion request”. Include the email address associated with your account and your organisation’s name. Do not send your password. We will verify your identity, review the request with your organisation’s administrator where that organisation manages your account, and explain which account and personal data can be deleted and which records must be retained for applicable legal or security reasons. We will confirm the outcome by email. Uninstalling the mobile app does not delete your cloud account.
