IQPAR Industrial Photosynthetically Active Radiation Sensor 4-20mA and RS485

Photosynthetically active radiation is the radiation energy of a certain band in the solar radiation spectrum that can be absorbed, converted and used to synthesise organic matter by the plastid pigments of green plants. The sensor uses a high-precision photosensitive element with a 400nm-700nm spectrum. At the same time, a dust cover with high light transmittance is installed outside the sensing element. The sensor surface uses opalescent glass with a cosine characteristic response, which effectively prevents environmental factors from interfering with internal components and can measure the photosynthetically active radiation more accurately. The product can use two reading methods: analog output and RS485 Modbus RTU protocol output to convert the current photosynthetically active radiation value.

Features:

● Response spectrum range 400-700nm
● Adopts all-aluminium shell, protection level IP67
● Comes with a level and adjustment screws for easy on-site adjustment
● Adopts a high-quality cosine corrector to ensure a standard cosine response

Applications:

● Environmental meteorological research
● Small meteorological stations, greenhouses, agricultural greenhouses
● Wind resource assessment, environmental monitoring, etc.
